We recognise that you may be stressed, time-poor and travel often. We deliver Personal Training to keep you accountable to consistent exercise by meeting you in a location and at a time that is convenient to you.

One-On-One

Where it's all about YOU! It's called Personal Training because it is just that- personal. Work one-on-one with your tranier to achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Your trainer will keep you accountable to every 1hr appointment. Guiding you safely through each exercise, correcting your technique and ensuring you are working to the intensity required, all eyes are on you. Specific to you and your goals, your session will include a combination of cardio and resistance excercises, including boxing, additional weights etc. Every training session is different so you don't get bored.

Couples & Families

The couple that trains together, stays together... I just made that up. True or not, couples training together is a growing trend for our business. In the same way you place value in a regular date night, consider training together as another way to spend quality time with each other that has your health in mind. This demonstrates to your children, the value you place on your health and looking after yourself.

Small Groups

Share your training with friends or colleagues with the advantage of group accountability, social interactions and the benefit of group pricing. We are mobile personal trainers, equipped to deliver complete training sessions where ever you are. We can train you at home, or in a nearby park convenient to you. We know that you value being outdoors and not being stuck in a gym.

Building relationship comes naturally for us. Our genuine and sincere care for our clients means that you aren't just a number, or one of many. It's one-on-one attention. Our trainers only commit to a sustainable number of clients to ensure our services are always provided with excellence.

We're Flexible

Many of our clients travel interstate or internationally for work. We can be flexible to fit in with your busy and often changing commitments with no penalties for providing 12hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There are no direct debits or fixed term contracts.
